Generate an API key
In WordPress go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API and add a key with Read/Write permission.
Connect your store
In the app open Stores → WooCommerce, enter your store URL, API key and secret.
Orders ship automatically

WooCommerce questions
Do I need to install a WooCommerce plugin?
No. We connect through the standard WooCommerce REST API using a Read/Write key you create in WooCommerce settings. You can revoke it at any time.
How much does WooCommerce fulfilment cost?
Connecting is free. Pick and pack starts at $2.00 per order and falls to $1.00 as your daily order count grows, sourcing runs from 10% down to 4% of product cost, and shipping is charged at cost. There is no subscription.
How often are WooCommerce orders imported?
Automatically. A healthy store is checked roughly every 10 minutes, so a paid order normally reaches our warehouse queue within minutes without any manual export.
How do tracking numbers reach my customers?
Once a parcel is dispatched we set the order status to Completed and save the carrier and tracking number in the order meta used by WooCommerce Shipment Tracking, AfterShip and TrackingMore. WooCommerce then sends its usual completed-order email.
Can I connect WooCommerce and Shopify stores to the same account?
Yes. One account can hold multiple WooCommerce and Shopify stores, sharing the same wallet, inventory and sourcing requests.
Can you push products to my WooCommerce store?
Yes. Products we source for you can be published to WooCommerce with images and variations, then linked for automatic fulfilment.
Do variable products and variations work?
Yes. Variations are mapped to their own SKUs, so each size or colour is picked, packed and tracked correctly, and orders with several variations stay in one parcel.
Can I use you only as a 3PL with my own supplier?
Yes. Send your inventory to our China warehouse and we store it, pick, pack and ship each order and write tracking back to WooCommerce.
What if I sell on other platforms too?
Orders from any other platform can be uploaded by CSV/Excel, or pushed through our REST API and MCP connector, and fulfilled the same way.
Can I revoke access later?
Yes. Deleting the REST API key in WooCommerce immediately cuts our access; your existing orders and tracking stay in your store.
