How it works

  1. Submit a sourcing request in the app with a link or photo

  2. Receive a quote with product cost and shipping options

  3. Approve samples

  4. We manage production, QC and delivery to our warehouse or yours

Who uses our China sourcing service

  • Dropshippers leaving AliExpress who want one supplier, one parcel per order and faster shipping lines.
  • Shopify and WooCommerce brands moving to private label: own logo, own packaging, consistent quality.
  • Sellers with their own product idea who need a factory to make or modify it.
  • Amazon and wholesale sellers buying in bulk who need negotiation, inspection and freight in one place.

What to send in a sourcing request

The more detail, the more accurate the quote. A useful request includes:

  • A product link (AliExpress, Alibaba, 1688, Amazon or your own store) or clear photos.
  • The variants you need: size, colour, material, packaging.
  • Your target price and expected volume (daily orders for dropshipping, or units per batch for bulk).
  • Main destination countries, so we can quote the right shipping line.

If your store is connected, you can pick products straight from your Shopify or WooCommerce catalogue instead of pasting links.

Alibaba is a good fit when you already order large batches and can manage factories yourself. AliExpress is fine for testing products. A sourcing agent fills the gap in between: small or growing volumes with brand-level quality and packaging. Sourcing fees

The sourcing fee is a percentage of the product cost of what you buy. The rate drops as the amount grows. Private label adds 2.5%.

Common China sourcing risks and how we handle them

  • The product does not match the listing. We check samples against your photos and specs before you commit to volume.
  • Quality drifts after the first batch. Every incoming batch is checked in our warehouse; 20% is inspected by default and defective items go back to the supplier. See product inspection.
  • The supplier changes or disappears. We look for another factory making the same product, so your listing does not have to change.
  • Language and time zone gaps. Native-speaking buyers deal with factories; you deal with one account manager in English.
  • Paying unknown suppliers. You top up one wallet with us and never pay factories directly.

FAQ

How much is the sourcing fee?

A percentage of the product cost, from 10% for orders up to $5,000 down to 4% above $200,000. Private label adds 2.5%. See the pricing page for all tiers.

How long does sourcing take?

For dropshipping orders the average is 4–5 days after payment. Bulk and custom products depend on production time.

Can you source from Alibaba or 1688 links?

Yes. Send any product link or photo. Where possible we go to the original factory rather than a reseller, which often lowers the price.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Not for dropshipping: we buy to match your orders. For private label and custom products the factory minimum applies, and we negotiate it on your behalf.

What products can you not source?

Powders, weapons and accessories, liquids over 100ml, food and organisms, flammable, explosive or corrosive materials, counterfeit goods and other prohibited items. We do not source products that infringe trademarks or copyright.

Can you ship sourced products to Amazon FBA or my own warehouse?

Yes. Bulk orders can go by air, sea or rail freight to Amazon FBA, your 3PL or one of our overseas warehouses, or stay in our China warehouse for daily fulfilment.
