Shopify questions
How much does the Honest FulPhilment Shopify app cost?
The app is free to install. You pay only for products, shipping and fulfilment fees, with no subscription and no contract. Pick and pack starts at $2.00 per order and falls to $1.00 as your daily order count grows; the sourcing fee runs from 10% down to 4% of product cost.
Can I connect more than one store?
Yes. Connect multiple Shopify and WooCommerce stores to one account, or upload orders by CSV/Excel for other platforms.
When are tracking numbers pushed to Shopify?
As soon as a parcel is physically dispatched. We never push tracking before dispatch, so your delivery data stays accurate and customers do not see a tracking number that has not moved.
How fast do Shopify orders ship?
Stocked orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours of a paid order. If a product has to be sourced per order, sourcing and production average 4–5 days before dispatch. Transit after dispatch depends on the shipping line and destination.
Do I need inventory to use the app?
No. You can dropship order by order and we source each item, or send stock to our warehouse for 24-hour dispatch.
Does the app mark orders as fulfilled in Shopify?
Yes. When a parcel is dispatched we fulfil the matching Shopify order with its tracking number, so Shopify marks it fulfilled and sends the shipping confirmation email to your customer. Fulfilment sync also covers PayPal transactions.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
You choose per SKU whether orders may use inventory, must use inventory, or must be sourced. If a line cannot be met we flag the order in the app instead of shipping a substitute.
Can my team use the app?
Yes. Invite VAs and colleagues as staff accounts with their own logins.
Does the app work with WooCommerce?
