Dropshipping agent questions
What is a dropshipping agent?
A dropshipping agent sources products from factories, stores them, inspects quality, packs each order and ships it to your customers, while syncing orders and tracking with your store. Honest FulPhilment does all of this in-house in China.
How much does a dropshipping agent cost?
At Honest FulPhilment the pick and pack fee starts at $2.00 per order and falls to $1.00 as your daily order count grows. The sourcing fee is a percentage of product cost, from 10% down to 4%. There is no subscription, no minimum order volume and no contract; shipping is charged at cost.
Can you source from 1688, Taobao or AliExpress links?
Yes. Send any product link, photo or specification and we find a factory, quote product and shipping cost, and inspect the goods before they are shipped. We also work with 1688 and Taobao suppliers you already use.
How long does shipping from China take?
Stocked orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours. Order-by-order sourcing and production averages 4–5 days. Transit depends on the shipping line and destination: live prices and transit times for all 30+ lines are on the public shipping calculator. Stock placed in one of our 18+ overseas 3PL warehouses ships domestically in 1–5 days.
Do you have a minimum order volume?
No. You can start with one order a day. Fulfilment fees drop automatically as your daily volume passes each tier, and high-volume brands can request custom pricing.
Which platforms do you work with?
Shopify through our free app, WooCommerce by connecting a REST API key, and any other marketplace or custom site through CSV/Excel order upload. Our REST API and MCP connector read fulfilment data for scripts and AI agents; they do not create store orders. You can connect several stores on different platforms to one account.
Why use an agent instead of AliExpress?
Marketplace sellers ship from many different suppliers with no inspection or branding. An agent consolidates stock in one warehouse, checks quality before shipping, adds your branded packaging and inserts, and offers faster shipping lines.
Do you support private label and custom packaging?
Yes. We handle private label products, custom boxes, card inserts, stickers, kitting and bundles, all configurable per SKU. Private label and branding add 2.5%.
What happens if a product is defective?
By default 20% of goods are inspected free of charge before dispatch. Anything that fails inspection goes back to the supplier and is replaced or reworked instead of being shipped to your customer. Extra inspection is charged at $7 per hour per person.
Can I keep my own supplier and only use you for fulfilment?
Yes. Send your inventory to our warehouse and use us as a pure 3PL: we store it, pick, pack and ship each order and push tracking back to your store.
Where do you ship from?
From our warehouse in China through 30+ shipping lines worldwide, and from 18+ international 3PL warehouses once your stock is placed overseas, for 1–5 day domestic delivery.
