Comparison questions
What is the difference between a China 3PL and a dropshipping agent?
A 3PL stores and ships stock you already own. A dropshipping agent also buys the product for each order, checks quality, and can hold stock for you. Honest FulPhilment does both: sourcing, inspection, storage, packing and shipping in one company.
Is Honest FulPhilment cheaper than CJdropshipping or Zendrop?
Pick and pack runs from $2.00 to $1.00 per order and the sourcing fee from 10% to 4% of product cost. Platform pricing changes often, so compare the landed cost for your three best-selling SKUs rather than the headline pick and pack fee.
Can I switch from another 3PL without losing sales?
Yes. Send existing stock to our China warehouse, map SKUs to your store, and route new orders to us. Most sellers switch one SKU group first, confirm quality and transit, then move the rest.
Do you work with WooCommerce as well as Shopify?
Yes. Shopify uses our free app; WooCommerce connects with a REST API key and no plugin. Other platforms use CSV/Excel or the REST API and MCP connector.
How fast is dispatch?
Stocked orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours. Products sourced per order average 4–5 days before dispatch. Transit depends on the shipping line and destination, quoted live in the app.
What does quality control cover?
By default 20% of goods are inspected before dispatch: right variant, visual defects, basic function, accessories and packaging. Full inspection, measurements and stress tests are available at $7 per hour per person.
Do you support private label?
Yes. Private label, custom boxes, mailers, card inserts, stickers, kitting and bundles are configured per SKU. Private label adds 2.5% to product cost.
Is there a minimum order volume or contract?
No minimum and no contract. Fees drop automatically as daily volume grows, and high-volume brands can request custom pricing.
